Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During sales, festive seasons, or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • A shipping fee may apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, where available. The applicable charge will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use it to track your shipment until it reaches you.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the order, it may be returned to us.

If your package arrives damaged or any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
